Laura and Frank's winter wedding at The Moore Mansion was a testament to their resilience and love. Even though the weather was cold and overcast, Laura was determined to proudly display her custom-made dress, facing the chilly conditions with elegance. Surrounded by their ecstatic families, the day was filled with warmth (one way or the other), love, and happiness as they celebrated the union of two families coming together.

Laura, a 3rd-grade teacher, and Frank, a farmer, share a love for simple pleasures like watching movies, playing golf, and even going bowling and ax throwing together. Family is at the core of who they are; they chose their goddaughter as the flower girl and their nephews as ring-bearers. The reception was filled with heartwarming moments, especially when all the nephews took turns asking Laura for a dance, clearly in awe of her.

During the maid of honor's speech, Laura's sister said, "Laura found her farmer Frank," which I thought was really cute. It reminded me of their engagement session when I asked about their wedding style since Frank was in boots and Laura wasn't keen on cowboy boots on their big day. Frank and I teased her, joking about our shared roots in the boot-wearing part of the state, whereas she isn’t.
